Leadership Responsibilities:.•Takes part and own end-to-end projects implementation include planning , executing, monitoring and control , and closing •Full ownership of US and Canada network and clients implementations •Work with all the stakeholders during the projects implementation process •Takes part in creating and updating documentation related to network and Markets setup•Making sure all the related onboarding documentation is processed correctly and up to date.•Managing remote hands requests held by data center on-site technicians to make sure they hit the required goal and avoid extra cost by reporting the achievements •Plan network operations (migration, setup modifications, and new sites) for US and Canada Data centersTechnical Responsibilities:•Setting and approving new client technical setup based on the client's needs •Interface with clients to collect technical requirements to deliver market data solutions•Interface with Markets like NYSE , NASDAQ , CME and LSE for technical setup•Configure VLAN (Trunk, Access), STP, VTP and Ethernet channels.•Configure and troubleshoot LDP , MPLS VRFs, MP-BGP, Multicast VPN •Install and Configure P and PE devices•Configure and troubleshoot BGP setups ,setting the attributes and communities to provide the required solution on both core and client levels•Configure and troubleshoot multicast (PIM-SM , static RP , MSDP)•Configure and troubleshoot OSPF for backbone links •Configure a manage Site-to-Site VPN •Apply HSRP , NAT , ACL and QOS based on the setup requirements •Working in a Data Center environment hands-on hardware and circuit experience.•Install and troubleshoot fiber and Ethernet connections •Monitoring network devices and links •Working with telecom carriers for circuit installation and decommissioning•Support both customer and core network solutions in case of failures

Leading ship Responsibilities:•Monitoring team members performance •Set reports and analysis to improve project delivery cycle and reduce cost•Distribute tasks load over the team members•Acting as an point of escalation for internal and external issues•Representing the technical team as one of the stakeholders to improve the workflow for the implementation process•Creating ideas to improve the delivered service quality and customer satisfactionTechnical Responsibilities:•Troubleshoot and resolve customer and upstream provider routing issues in a timely and efficient manner through the utilization of various networking analysis tools •Support of a complex network environment including problem solving, ability to take ownership of unfamiliar tasks and problems and see through to completion.•Coordinate and fulfill all new and change customer requests including configuration, routing updates and other network implementations such as BGP routing scenarios, filter list application, routing protocol conversions, etc.•Consulting, design, implementation, migration and transformation projects for enterprise network environment•Configuring and troubleshooting data connectivity over a MPLS L3VPN, L2VPN, and Internet leased line Solutions from both core side and customer side.•Interfacing with the corporate clients to gather the technical requirements to set the customer’s solution•For multi-homed customers configuring and troubleshooting BGP from both customer side and core side.•Working with network topologies and media such as Ethernet, Frame Relay, ATM, SONET•Dealing and setting solutions with other service providers BGP solutions and topologies for multi-homed customer.•Troubleshooting enterprise customer CPE over the phone or through on- site visits if required. •Applycustomer requirements such as DHCP,Natting, Subnetting, VRRP, HSRP, ACLs , GRE Tunnels, route maps, IPSEC tunnels•Leased Line customers setup modifications.
