Responsibilities:- Oversee all functions within a medium size engineering company- Director level responsibility for Finance, IT, HR, HSE, Quality - Mentoring 80+ staff- Managing and working with all stakeholders and shareholders- Managing and developing Key customer/supplier relationships- Developing & encouraging a QHSE/lean business culture within the company

Interim FD Roles and Business Consultancy6 month Interim Role as Financial Controller with Albannach Financial Management working on audit of client files to ensure compliance with FSA regulations and ensure all trail income in accordance with books of account. Review of management accounts processes and completion of delinquent year end processesBusiness consultancy project with GSI Events geared towards start up of new event portfolio. Included working on USA side of the project with accountants and lawyers to ensure protection of Brand name and establish best operating model from a financial perspective.

Responsible for the general and financial management of a small profitable wealth management company.- Development and preparation of statutory and monthly financial reports.- Oversee migration of client and business records to new fund management platform.- Responsibility for FSA reporting, compliance and facility management.- Development and recording of system procedures for entire business operation to ensure compliance with relevant regulatory bodies.
