The role has 5 direct reports being; Finance Manager Sweden, Corporate Accounting Manager, Internal Control Director, Head of Group Accounting & Tax Director.Main recent experience is from the listing (IPO) process of the Electrolux Professional group which was spun-off from Electrolux and listed on Nasdaq Stockholm on March 23, 2020. Including, creation of new head-office functions and processes, creation of new group policies, Prospectus process, preparation of Combined Financial statements and several other challenges.Current activities include leading the work in the respective functional areas such as interim & annual report process, Audit Committee reporting, annual internal control process, Tax and transfer pricing, external auditor coordination, accounting and other compliance matters.

Responsible for financial management reporting and general business intelligence in the Home Care & SDA business area in the Electrolux Group.Objectives:-Drive development and automation of financial management reporting to ensure speed, reliability, accessibility and visualization of financial information.-Integrate financial and non-financial data (market data, webcrawling info, quality data etc) to provide management with new relevant business decision insights.This will be achieved through the optimal use of the latest technology such as, SAP BI, SAP Hana, Data lake, Qliksense, Data science, machine learning etc.
