Worked closely with internal stakeholders and the MBRC region community. Also supported the unification of services transferred into MBRC from the three amalgamating councils. Managed the Building Capital Works Program of >$40M including land dealings and planning applications. Led facility management of the Kedron Park Complex (750 staff), procurement policy and practice, including warehouse and logistics.
