Provide development expertise in support of PIAMS and PACS vendor applications.• Leveraged Python and SQL skills to build a dashboard and underlying reports which enabled the team to determine when the users were being impacted and what actions to take to correct the situation.• Created a scheduler to generate periodic reports and run update jobs utilizing user desktop systems.• Built and populated a wiki to document the application and environment as well as processes and procedures to allow dissemination of information across the teams.• Created a single monitoring dashboard that allowed the support staff to see the state of vendor applications. • Created a scripting system built on top of Selenium to enable automated regression testing in support of Agile processes.• Created Python and SQL scripts to synchronize data between various systems to work around issues in the application integrations. Eventually a total of 127 jobs were running to achieve this and reporting.• Worked with business and technical partners to build detailed requirements based on poorly defined needs.• Developed a system for records retention to meet regulatory requirements for data destruction

Design, build and lead the development of a physical identity and access management system (PIAMS)• Built an application to fulfill a need for physical access and identity management using smart cards. This application was used bank-wide for 14 years.• Created mechanisms to allow unit and volume tests to be run without dependencies on user interaction or backend resources.• Lead a team of 7 developers using Agile methodologies to manage change.• Worked with code review and pen-testing tools to ensure that the application met the latest information security standards.
