Energy, environmental, regulatory and telecommunications law have been the focus of my thirty plus years of practice, beginning with litigation over gas wells as a new attorney, followed by working in-house for a diversified natural gas and energy marketing company during a time when open access was evolving. My most recent experience focuses on emerging electric market issues, as the industry adapts to environmental regulations, changing resources, extreme weather events and related challenges. I regularly counsel clients on project development and contracts for procuring resources including renewable energy, capacity, natural gas, and hydroelectric resource issues. My experience includes rate case litigation, mediation, power marketing administration rates and policies, telecommunications, and a broad range of regulatory and enforcement matters.
