-Designed CMOS circuits in Receiver Front-End for Bluetooth Low-Energy (BLE) radio IP. Focused on mixer and quadrature generator design for next-generation radio in TSMC 22nm-Ported existing designs from TSMC 40nm to TSMC 22nm and optimized for process differences, and developed alternative circuit architecture for quadrature generation and clock divider circuits to achieve lower power and area. Developed schematics and layouts in TSMC 22nm for designs.-Characterized new TSMC 22nm process to share process and key device parameter information with design team. I also was responsible for updating model files for new updates from the foundry and distributing to the team.-Worked on top-level IP verification by running simulations in Cadence ADE and using Verilog-A models. -Developed and maintained lab data processing and plotting program for lab team. The program was written in VBA and used the statistics software, Minitab, as the plotting tool. I handled requests and feedback from the lab team to make improvements over time to the tool. This tool greatly reduced the time necessary for the lab team to spend on processing the data collected in the lab.

I helped launch the Supplemental Instruction (SI) program for the UT Cockrell School of Engineering, specifically the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering. I was one of two initial leaders for the SI program at UT Austin. My responsibilities included weekly planning meetings, lesson planning, and holding concept review and problem solving sessions for the Intro to Electrical Engineering Course. I helped create problems for students, and I documented all of my lessons for the benefit of future leaders in the program.The early results of the program look positive, with a significant decrease in the number of students dropping out of the class or failing.

At Texas Instruments, I primarily worked on bench level evaluation and characterization of Integrated Circuits (ICs) in the storage products group. My main project was to characterize the performance of some of the features of the device. In order to do this, I developed Python scripts to automate the test process. The script would talk to the device, function generator, and oscilloscope to set values in registers, change pulses, and measure data (widths, heights, slew rates) automatically. The data was then stored in a CSV file, which is easily uploaded into almost any statistics software. I drove an internal consensus on the project and gave a presentation to the customer. I also held a training session for bench automation using Python.

I was responsible for running two lab sessions for freshman students. The course was "Intro to Electrical Engineering". I helped students learn Labview, soldering, basic multimeter measurements, and general practices of Electrical Engineering.
