Peter C. Schaub practices real estate law in the Boulder and Denver metro areas. His practice involves many facets of real estate transactional work. Whether he’s serving local or national institutional owners and developers, Peter meets every project with the same attention to detail, always mindful of the client’s interests and goals. Peter specialized in land use law and policy while receiving his Master of Laws degree in Environmental and Natural Resources Law and Policy from the University of Denver – Sturm College of Law and graduated summa cum laude from Thomas M. Cooley Law School. He was an active member of Phi Delta Phi and the American Inns of Court. Peter served as a senior associate editor on the Thomas M. Cooley Law Review, as editor in chief for the Cooley Journal of Ethics, and served a semester as an extern with the Honorable David W. McKeague at the U.S. District Court, Western District of Michigan. Before attending law school, he served as project manager for CBMR Real Estate, LLC, in Crested Butte, Colorado. As project manager, he oversaw revisions to the PUD plan, design guidelines and other governing documents for a 420-acre planned unit development (Prospect at Mt Crested Butte).
