Since the beginning of the nineties I've designed, improved, implemented, automated Finance processes. This included a myriad of tasks and roles such as software selection, requirements analysis, project management, interim controller, change manager and, for a couple of years even IT infrastructure for a large ERP implementation.Lately I've also looked beyond the Finance domain and shared my consulting experience in HR, Risk and other departments as well as more generic process improvement initiatives.
