Manage all aspects of a merchant services Independent Sales Organization including:Sales management - management of 10 - 15 sales reps in multiple geographical locations including new account generation, new account entry and set up, new product development and implementation, pricing, profitability analysis, commissions calculations and reporting, developing and managing compensation plans, providing timely and accurate reporting to the sales teams, development of all new sales plans, projects and incentives.Finance/Accounting - responsible for all financial reporting and compliance reporting, managing the overall finances of a business with over $4MM in annual revenues, managing all purchasing for the company including technology purchases, industry related hardware and software purchases and office necessity purchases.Vendor Management - develop and maintain vendor relationships helping to drive new business, providing vendor payments and reportingHR/Benefits - provide all aspects of HR support for the company including payroll, administration of health benefits, development and implementation of hiring/termination procedures, creation and development of new contractsCustomer support - Manage the customer support staff as well as provide hands on support services including contract re-negotiations and pricing, attrition management, attrition reporting, development of projects to up-sell existing merchants on new products.
