Experience with:- Raychem heat-shrink joints, terminations & bushing sleeves 11-33kV.- 3M cold-shrink terminations 11-22kV.- NKT, ABB and Raychem screened elbow terminations A & C interface 11-33kV.- Pfisterer, NKT and Raychem plug-in inner-cone terminations size 2 & 3 11-33kV.- WT Henley, Nexans and Raychem parallel/branch joints 3.3-11kV.- Nexans cold shrink joints 22kV.- Raychem and Nexans termite proof and armoured joints 11-33kV.- Experience with many types of PILCA, XLPE, EPR and PVC cables LV-33kV. - Live LV XLPE/PILCA jointing/terminating.- Lead wiping: steel wire/tape armours and earth bonds to lead sheaths, aluminium sheath CONSAC, and brass glands.- Steel wire armour glands including hazardous area glands and terminations LV-33kV.- LV-33kV overhead, underground and substation switching/isolation/earthing and synchronising LV & 11kV alternators to network.- Cable ID & Spike and Cable Tests DC & VLF LV-33kV.- Installation/testing of cables, earthing systems, ring main units and distribution transformers.- Testing and commissioning LV-11kV distribution networks and equipment.- Overhead line-work up to 33kV and live LV.- Overhead and underground network operator and faults-person.- Leading tradesperson in the field and on remote worksites involving supervision of other tradespeople.- Overseeing construction to design, compliance to quality assurance, site safety and intermediary between site project management and head office.- Writing/reviewing Safe Work Method Statements, Job Hazard Analysis, Site Specific Risk Assessments and ICAM investigations in utility and heavy industrial/mining industries.- Cable Jointing Supervisor overseeing a team of approximately 25 staff including cable jointers, line-mechanics and electricians.- Coach/Assessor and registered Connexis Assessor for 'Electricity Supply Introductory - Level 2' and 'Electricity Supply Cable Jointing High Voltage with strand in 33kV - Level 4'.
