About Peter Schou, G-Emba

Schou Consulting is working on several exciting projects. After 20 years abroad I am back in Denmark and full of energy. My last job was as Interim CEO of a floating offshore wind turbine company in Gothenburg Sweden. I was managing approximately 20 people and working closely with the Board of Directors on strategic issues. I have 17 years of experience in Asia-Pacific and 30 years of working experience in the chemical, wind energy, building materials and heavy industrial segments, mainly commercially and being a leader of more than 100 employees from all over the world. My core competencies are building up new markets and segments, growing businesses and turning around struggling businesses. I have managed small and large teams and worked with many nationalities from Europe and Asia.Now I am helping companies with strategies, organisation, environment issues and wind business. I am also exporting Scandinavian goods to Asia.I am currently based in Denmark but ready to relocate. Europe, Middle East and Asia are my priorities.
