My professional career started in 1998 as a Service Manager within IT. Throughout several years in Service Management and IT Consulting, I delivered projects and managed operations spanning IT Strategy, Governance, IT Transitions and RUN across a variety of customers.Since 2006 I’m working for Deutsche Post DHL Group, currently heading a department in IT responsible for strategy & planning of global Shared Digital Workspace Services.
