Additionally, the company was in technical default on its borrowing arrangements and was actively engaged in a strategic transaction which was required to be supported by a Form S-4 filing. Engaged by the ASEN CEO and Global Hunter Securities to lead the process involving the company’s accounting staff, bankers, auditors and lawyers. The team developed the narrative and financial statements for the Form S-4 filing and created the delinquent SEC Form 10Q and 10K filings.

AEH sold its exploration and production assets to Denver, CO based Centennial Resource Development, LLC in April 2014.
