I have done a little bit of everything during my time in the car business. I started working with the Internet Sales in 1999, and have watched it grow while growing with it. I have discovered many differences, as well as many similarities, when dealing with internet leads compared to the traditional car buyer. These lessons have been gladly shared with my co-workers to help them, and our store, grow and become more profitable.I have worked the finance desk since 1998, off and on, both as Finance Manager and primary back-up. In addition, I have been a Used Vehicle Manager, maintaining the vehicle inventory through auction and trade-in appraisal, desking deals, working within budget, while supervising the reconditioning of the pre-owned vehicles for retail or wholesale disposal. New car ordering has been a part of my career since the beginning. Currently, I am the Used Vehicle Purchaser for Terry Henricks CDJR and Terry Henricks Ford. This position includes the sourcing, acquisition, transportation, and pricing of the vehicles needed for our 200+ unit inventory. In addition, I formerly supervised 6 employees in our Detail department and would digitally market the vehicles once they had been properly reconditioned. I have tried to learn and master as much as I can about automotive marketing/re-marketing. This has allowed me to enjoy a successful 20+ year career in a very fluid and extremely exciting business.
