Starting from a concept in January 2012, created the leading SaaS solution for Government Contract Management; a base of excited customers; a strategic partnership with the dominant SW vendor in the GovCon space; and a solid team to continue to grow and expand the business.- As the ninth employee, helped grow Exostar from less than $1M to over $30M in profitable revenue while establishing market leadership in cloud-based supply chain integration, secure collaboration, and identity & access management solutions for the global aerospace & defense industry.- Enjoyed two overseas assignments in Japan and Sweden. Started my career as the only non-Japanese staff member of the office of Corporate Strategy at Kajima Corporation; and served on the predominantly Swedish management team of a newly acquired business while at FMC Corporation.
