Communicate across multiple departments within The Walt Disney Company, respond to and fulfill client requests as needed, organize and prepare value presentations for Account ExecutivesManage multiple internal projects that involve cross-functional collaboration with finance, marketing, and business operationsProvide general administrative support including preparing and maintaining sales presentations, staying informed, and updating sales team on industry marketplace and competitive landscapePrimary point of contact for sales team support of accounts including deal renewal activity, pulling comprehensive reports, budget management, and coordinating merchandising requests for industry trade shows and promotional campaigns Assist in distribution efforts by facilitating Disney and ESPN Media Networks presence at various trade shows on behalf of sales team as neededCreate monthly Disney & ESPN Media Networks programming e-mail blastsFoster strong internal and external relationships by effectively communicating and managing multiple projects
