Hired to establish the ALCO Engine School and develop a training program for in house personnel and customer clients. Establish a presence on the Mississippi River for Tug and Barge Push Boat Power. Revamped and rewrote the service manuals for the ALCO 251 Engine and begin dialog on the ALCO 270 Engine. These goals were accomplished. Left when it was decided our department was no longer needed. (Downsizing)
