• Maintaining and developing data bases such as: o Environmental Systems Allocation (ESA) model for a joint NFESC/NAVAIR program that tracks and analyzes material usage and its associated wastes throughout all of NAVAIR, focusing on hazardous substances. o NAVSUP Demilitarization Document Retrieval System which electronically stores documentation of the demilitarization of NAVSUP assets in a form that can rapidly retrieved. o NFESC Budget Database which is used to develop the upcoming year’s budget and stabilized billing rate. This requires an in-depth knowledge of both the Naval Working Capital Fund (NWCF) and the General Fund (also known as the Resource Management System or RMS) financial systems.• Train/Mentor personnel to: o Maintain the databases I develop (Engineers/Programmers) o Use the databases I develop (Engineers, Managers/Administrative Personnel)
