- Manage ,troubleshooting with telephone or with team viewer more than 150 users in different places. - Assisting the user on using peripherals hardware (Scanners,Printers, Projectors, Speakers, IP phones,etc.).- Provide helpdesk support and resolve problems to the end user’s satisfaction.-Monitor Service Desk for tickets assigned to the queue and process first-in first-out based on priority.- Installing hardware and software systems.-Troubleshoots software and hardware .- Make Daily and Weekly reports.- Troubleshoots problems and errors in PDA (Personal Digital Assistant ).- Solve problems within phones.
