USD$3 billion) covering industries of renewable energy, retail banks, insurance companies and financial services and real estate.Core Responsibilities:(1) Building and management of the core team of strategic M&As / outbound investments (surrounding/along the industrial/business value chain of the Group) ; (2) Responsible for domestic and overseas strategic M&As (from originating, deal sourcing, structuring to execution);(3) Responsible for the group's financial investments (non strategic buyouts/M&As), covering from deal originating / sourcing, structuring to execution;(4) Responsible for fundraisings (equity and debt capital raising), covering from identifying/reaching-out/selecting of investors, structuring to execution; (5) Management of Buyouts funds including fundraising; (6) Responsible for selecting and bringing in strategic investors;(7) Co-responsible for the group’s transformational strategy with the Board.

Core Responsibilities:(1) In charge of the Group’s all overseas strategic M&A activities including US/German EMS, BMS assets for its renewable energy business sector, British Graphene asset for its Optoelectronics business sector, European Insurance company asset for its Finance/banking sector etc., my key roles cover sourcing appropriate target assets, entire deal negotiating, deal structuring, fund raising (sourcing, selecting and securing China domestic and overseas investors); (2) Responsible for fundraisings/structured financing related to M&A deals;(3) Responsible for fundraisings of the Group’s listed company (China A-Share Stock Code 000040), including equity financing (follow-on financing/PIPEs), and structured financing / debt financing, with a total amount of appx. CHN￥16.5 billion RMB (appx.US$2.5 billion);(4) Responsible for funds management (covering fund raising, investing and post-deal management) related to M&As;(5) In charge of the acquisitions of listed companies, including the acquisitions of Tunghsu Azure in 2015 (China A-Share stock code 000040) and Tunghsu Jialinjie in 2016 (China A-Share stock code 002486), having taken the main role in deal sourcing, negotiating, structuring and fundraisings.

(4) Evaluating financial and operational standings of clients. (5) Conducting feasibility analysis of potential acquiring / invested deals.
