I have been mainly focusing upon cross-border M&As, Fundraisings and Private Equity Investment in the Energy & Resources (Oil, Gas and Mining), Renewable Energy (mainly Solar Energy) and Electric Auto/EV sectors. With 12 years extensive experience in Investment Banking and Private Equity covering the major markets/on a global basis, I have effectively generated extensive and strategically close networks/connections with high-profiled financial institutions, investors, governments and industries in the US, Europe, China and Australia.
