Between January 2011 and December 2014 provide TriMas Corporation / Trimotive Asia Pacific with the successful completion of specific corporate strategic assignments in Melbourne , Thailand and South Africa . The outcome of each assignment resulted in sustained improvement to operational performance , profitability and resolution of management / labor relationships . From September 2011 and June 2013 successfully establish a broad customer base for CSF in China and Thailand in robotic automation and integration .A successful career with GWA International , a 200 ASX listed enterprise and Parent to a conglomeration of leading Australian companies including Caroma Dorf, Clark Industries, Dux Manufacturing, Gainsborough Hardware, Brivis Climate Systems, Sebel Furniture and Stylus Bathroom Products. I was selected to participate in a new Group Operations initiative as a Group Manufacturing Manager where I was seconded to various key GWA Divisions either on an as needs basis requested by the Divisional General Manager or at the direction of the Group Operations Manager. In these seconded roles I was a part of the local Executive Group reporting directly to the Divisional General Manager but with functional responsibilities to the corporate based Group Operations Manager.Typically my secondment was the result of operational or business culture deficiencies impacting profit and or cash performance and required diagnosis, planning and execution in a practical hands on manner.
