Experienced Facility Management professional with Project Management and electrical trade background, working in hospitality, corporate and aged care sectors. Excellent organisational and relationship-building skills - I am also a firm believer in providing support to my team to help them achieve their best. Passionate about ensuring that operational issues are dealt with efficiently and effectively, with minimum impact on all stakeholders. Additionally, I have a clear focus on safety in the workplace to ensure that all work tasks are completed with safety in mind. With exposure and skills in CMMS systems (Sage, Maximo, SPM Assets), I am always keen to learn new systems/technologies to make the most of all available time for FM staff and to ensure workflows are efficiently completed in the desired time frames of any maintenance schedules. In my own time I'm dedicated in my ongoing professional development by attending conferences, seminars and reading literature on various subject and industry developments when time permits and spending time with my own family.It is my vision at this stage of my career to remain within the Facility Management industry; such a role would provide the type of challenge to hold my interest as well as allow me to utilise my skills to their maximum potential and beyond, it will also give me the opportunity to mentor new comers to the industry.
