• Experience leading, training, and supporting Controls Systems team members as needed to develop individuals’ skills and expand team capabilities.• Experience working with leaders, vendors, suppliers to plan and coordinate maintenance, identify systems impact and optimize efficiency. • Ability to read and write schematics, wiring and machine diagrams for installation, operation, reference and troubleshooting purposes.• Experience installing, troubleshooting, maintaining and repairing AC/DC motors and motor controller circuits.• Experiences with Variable Frequency-Drives (VFD), Adjustable-Frequency Drives (AFD), Variable-Speed Drives (VSD) and DC Drives.• Allen Bradley PLC. RS Logix 500, 5000 and Studio 5000.• Create work processes and work orders using Enterprise Asset Management System (EAMS)• Ability to efficiently and safely follow local codes and standards by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), the National Fire Protection Association Standard for Electrical Safety in the Workplace (NFPA 70E), and the National Electric Code (NEC).• Preventive maintenance experience following (PPE) Personal Protective Equipment processes and procedures while establishing electrically safe work conditions using safety-related work practices such as lockout/tagout procedures.
