OmniPay is a high tech start up in the financial services IT industry in Dublin Ireland. Founded by the CEO and CTO in 2000, I joined the company as the 17th employee in August 2001. I assisted in the Due Dilgence when the company was purchased by First Data in 2002.The role involved building out the strategic planning and finance function including development of tools and a project lifecycle methodology employed in the management of large projects.Tool development included integrated forecasting and planning tools, resource management for the programme plan and development of intranet sites for communication of processes between operations teams.
