Completing due diligence (DD) for new applications, inclusive of providing a credit opinion and using delegated approval authority (up to £50m) to sign off on DD papers prior to drawdown.Preparing merger consent and variation of term papers for Borrowers across all schemes (AHGS13, AHGS20, & PRSGS) up to the value of £150m (as above, with delegated authority to sign off requests up to £50m). The largest paper completed related to a complex merger proposal of two Registered Providers, which had a combined debt quantum of £150.1m under the AHGS13. Analysing, reporting on, and presenting MI processed across all three schemes for an overall debt book of £ 404.78bn (for circa 90 Borrowers in total). Completing and signing off annual reviews for Borrowers with exposure up to the value of £150m. Completing monthly internal reporting requirements for Executive Leadership Team and Performance Executive Leadership Team. Challenging 1st Line on processes and interactions with 3rd Party Delivery Partners to ensure high levels of efficiency are adequately maintained. Undertaking Assurance Reviews of Risk Registers for all Guarantees programmes and the Building Safety Fund 18m+. Reporting risk events to senior management. Training Staff on the approach taken within the Guarantees Risk Team. -
