Firstly I manage Work Tools and Attachment Sales for Construction Machines including planning, training sales force, sales support, marketing, negotiating with suppliers, evaluation of sales.My other role at Sales Department is responsibility for Inventory Management of CAT machines, Sales Forecasting, Order to Delivery Process, configuration of machines and help with salesforce training.Finally I cover some sales administration work and cooperation with authorities.

Payment Orders, Cash Disposals, Bank Account and Credit Card Issues for retail customers. Important was cross-selling and finding sales possibities.

As long term volunteer I worked in international team who prepared World Youth Day - international Youth meeting with Pope in Cologne, Germany. I was helping workforce in expences controlling and responsible for correct system of payment of international groups that attended the meeting (there was more than 1 million participants, I helped to refine IT system for incoming transactions with IT supplier Exposoft Canada. Apart of that as Group Leader I was training and coordinating Volunteer Team Leaders - this means many weekend trainings in topics as group dynamics, team leading, intercultural learning, conflict solving. Structure was following: 20 Goup Leaders, 1000 Team Leaders and 20000 Volunteers.
