Together with my team I assume responsibility for delivering Operational Best Practices and to improve the overall supply chain within EMEA. As part of this responsibility I successfully delivered various SAP implementations.

As Plant Manager of Den Braven Sealants I assumed responsibility for production, maintenance and Supply chain. Main focus was on building a strong foundation for further growth. Initially focus was on building a leadership team and targeting various SH&E challenges. Quickly after I introduced the World Class Manufacturing program with main focus on improved customer service level.

As Director Operations for ASSA ABLOY NL, I assumed responsibility for assembly , Supply Chain, QHSE, Lean and R&D. 

Preparation and execution of business plans. Member of the European board. Main focus was to deliver synergies as a result of the integration of Lips and Nemef and to lead various projects within the European manufacturing footprint program.

Flowserve FSD is a World Wide organization who is specialized in mechanical sealing solutions and pressurized sealing systems. The facility in Roosendaal develops, produces and assembles a wide range of sealing solutions for applications in the petrochemical, chemical and power industry. Products are supplied to Quick Response Centres (decentralized repair and service centres), direct to end users and leading rotating equipment manufactures in Europe, Middle East and Africa.The facility in Roosendaal employs 230 people and generates sales of 70M-euro. During the last 5 years an annually growth of 15% in Sales has been achieved.As Operations Manager I was assumed responsibility for Engineering, order management, procurement, production and logistics. Together with my management team I created a motivating working climate, which was characterized by open communication, mutual respect, and a strong drive towards realizing targets.
