With the re-branding of Jack IT to ORB Technologies to more accurately represent what we do and who we can help.I'm now heading the technology support area in ORB Technologies and my key responsibilities involve the design, implementation and support of digital assets. I have 7 years experience supporting large format digital signage, including working at heights as part of this job. I have had the privilege of working at some of the premier locations around Victoria including the MCG, Chadstone and Flemington Racecourse.Over this time I have also worked with great outdoor advertising companies like QMS who's close partnership with ORB Technologies have allowed me to implement bespoke projects for sites that would otherwise not have been approved without my support skills.I have also developed partnerships with the digital sign manufacturers like Daktronics to develop a product knowledge only exceeded by their internal technicians, allowing me to support them in ways that no other technician in Australia is capable of.

Started my own technical support company for my clients.

Brought on as a Technician to assist with the installation of the new scoreboards at the MCG and Etihad stadiums, I brought both practical and technical skills to the position enabling me to work all the way through demolition, construction and the technical implementation of the projects.I am providing ongoing support to the screens into the future.
