Electrical Maintenance Coordinator
CurrentI assist the Electricians on breakdowns and technical issues when required. This includes PLC fault finding and improvements on Allen Bradley Control Logix, Micrologix, Pilz and GEM 80.Variable speed AC and DC drive fault diagnosis and replacement.Citect programming including updates and project deployment.Planning of resources to best manage labour and equipment during scheduled down days on all production lines. Also planning of interaction between capital jobs and routine maintenance.Manage projects for both upgrades to existing equipment or new installations.I create preventative maintenance schedules to assist in preventing future unscheduled delays.I manage the repairs and ordering of all electrical spares required.Managed the changeover from PLC 500 to Control Logix for our Water Treatment Plant.Follow up work from breakdowns, which include planning and organising of resources to repair damaged equipment for both sites.
