About Peter Smith

"Retired, but not tired" My 35 years as a servant to the coatings industry came to a close in December 2020. However, even if my time as a fully paid-up member of Japanese corporate society is indeed now over, don't write me off just yet. You see, helping to improve communication across countries and cultures has always been a big part of my life. So, I count myself extremely fortunate to be able to continue doing that even now. How? As a scientific translator, working exclusively from Japanese into English. Combining translation skills developed while working in the Japanese chemical and industrial coating sectors with sound theoretical know-how and extensive practical experience in those fields.
