Managed four separate business/product strands in Europe, US, Africa, North Asia and the Pacific Rim markets. Conceived and developed several world class multimedia applications including the digital signage application “m-cast” and the distributed multimedia presentation management application “mSpace Presentation Builder”. Sold and installed these applications into competitive international opportunities to major corporate customers in the UK, Japan, Africa and the USA.Recently developed an integrated news publishing system for small communities which features a centralised management system for web and printed content called The Online Press.

International consulting services in the software and new media sector, developing joint-ventures and partnerships with UK, US and Asian groups. Jointly developed Edict, a web-based and enterprise level solution for compliance, communication, training and time management, with application in retail and hospitality branch networks.

Responsible for a large team of staff producers, freelance and contracted creative staff, sales specialists and production/administration officers. Successfully managed the transition of the federal government Film Unit to a fully competitive government owned business operation - growing revenues and profits. Reported to the CEO and the Film Australia Board on financial and strategic matters.

A Sydney based production company. Initially formed as a structure for my freelance creative work, it quickly grew to provide strategic communications to a number of major Australian corporations.
