About Peter Smurlick

Over the last 20+ years I have been involved in assisting a number of organizations in Canada and the United States migrate to new ticketing/fundraising software. My involvement has involved all the steps from vendor selection to preparing data for the conversion and import. On the from side I have worked with PACT, Paciolan, PASS, and Raisers Edge. The to side has included Choice Ticketing, ProVenueMax, AudienceView and Tessitura. My approach is to ensure all the stakeholders are involved in the process to ensure buy-in. Change is hard, my goal is to smooth out the dumps in an affordable way.
