Payzone plc, based in Dublin, is a company formed from the merger of Cardpoint plc (of which I have been non exec director and/or Chairman since 2001) and Alphyra Ltd in late 2007. Cardpoint, now branded Cashzone, deploys and operates branded independent ATMs in the convenience sector in the UK and Germany. Alphyra, now branded Payzone, deploys and manages a terminal distribution network throughout Europe which processes a variety of electronic transaction services.I am also Non Exec Chairman of Screen Technology, http://www.screentechnology.com/. Screen Tech has developed ITrans, a patented technology from which large scale, flexible format, high brightness and high resolution displays can be created for a wide range of applications including advertising and passenger information in train/air terminals.

Formerly called More Group, I was MD of the Irish operation for 10 years from 1986 and of the UK operation for 3 years from 1997.
