CurrentAs Senior Vice President and member of the firm’s leadership team, I have overall responsibility for the business development and relationship management functions. I work closely with the firm's business development, marketing and practitioner teams to develop and implement strategies, tools and tactics which will:• Extend and deepen existing client relationships • Grow the client base and size of engagements• Develop next-level sales and go-to-market strategies• Identify new service offerings• Build a sales culture across the firmI am individually accountable for managing executive relationships and selling advisory services to the banking sector in the areas of strategy, process improvement and transformation, regulatory compliance, change management and program leadership.I am also proud to have identified and overseen the development of a Blue Prism Robotic Process Automation (RPA) practice as a key new client service offering.
