• Creative analysis of business potential (feasibility studies, business modeling);• Responsible for developing new, industrial sized power plant projects (co-generation power plants and wind turbines);• Working on other new business initiatives for the company, such as natural gas and biomass projects;• Hiring team members;• Contracting & permitting;• Negotiating technical solutions, scopes of supply, controlling EPC execution works;• Arranging major M&A transactions (for projects up to USD 100 million, 7 projects successfully closed);• Leading the operations in three countries (Hungary, Poland and Chile);• Representing the company as a director and supervising the work of 10 colleagues.

• Responsible for sales activities and engineering department (30 colleagues) of the largest Hungarian CHP (Co-generation Heating Plant) power plant packager;• Preparation of EPC proposals for the construction of CHP power plants;• Complex future construction site analysis for precise CAPEX calculation;• Executing contracts for projects over the value of USD 20 million in the product range of 0,2 – 4 MW;• leading the operations of the company (manufacturing site, finance, administration - ∑120 colleagues);• Representing the company.

• Entering accounting records;• Preparation of cash flow calculations and accounting reports;• Bank administration tasks (L/C, bank guarantee, operational issues)
