Responsible for operations at two sites in Rochester area for this scrap metal processing company.

Developed maintenance organization for the plant from construction through start-up and acquisition by Sunoco. Implemented and established computerized maintenance management system, purchasing center and accounting systems, policies and procedures, equipment record systems, shops and spare parts store. Hired personnel for fully functional plant maintenance organization. Managed the organization that maintained the equipment during the extended shutdown and reconfiguration of the process before re-starting the plant.
