Supported the curriculum development of new degrees with a focus on blended learning, lead on the learning design for a series of short online courses, supported a large institutional project to transition to a new VLE by leading and contributing to aspects such as user research and analysis, UX design, content migration, setting up new operational processes and staff training resources.

Prepared and taught general English language classes to kindergarten, children, teenagers and adults; a bespokeintermediate level business English language course for the Ocean Network Express company; IELTS courses toprepare teenagers and adults to pass the exam required to prove english proficiency for immigration purposes.Used a range of educational technologies including Zoom, G Suite for Education, Cambridge LMS, Quizlet, Kahoot, Poll Everywhere and iTools to facilitate face to face and online learning.

Worked as part of an institution wide project team to implement one of the UK's first fully online end-to-end solutions for online assessment, by providing learning technologies expertise and leading on a training provision for over 1400 members of staff. Lead the university-wide staff training provision for technology enhanced learning by developing, delivering and coordinating workshop programmes, online courses and training resources. Provided learning design and development for a range of online and blended learning resources for university wide initiatives and subject specific resources. Supported the roll out of a new VLE, e-portfolio platform, and a range of tools for online marking, plagiarism checking, polling and live interaction across the university by providing class, group, and one-to-one support for staff and students.
