to set up the department ready for picking. to ensure all correct stock is located and on the floor. deal with any issues in wrong stock missing stock. control the accurate picking of manuals. from time to time send stock to our other warehouse following all procedures. to ensure all staff are assigned to there zones to pick and understand what they are picking any special requirements for certain stores. I also have to ensure the stock is then delivered to the dispatch in the correct manor and in the right time.
