Science writer Peter Spinks runs science tours, live science shows and science-outreach workshops across Australia, South-East Asia, Europe and North America. His company's novel "science discovery" tours allow people to experience, at first-hand, science in action. ​As well as visiting fascinating places of special scientific, technological and engineering interest, tour participants get the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to get involved in research projects. Each activity-packed tour includes at least two evening lectures and several daytime talks by experts explaining and demonstrating their cutting-edge work. With groups limited to a maximum of 22 people, each science-centred trip is repeated every two years. Participants need to be up to date with vaccinations and all covid restrictions are followed in line with country-specific regulations and requirements.
