I oversaw a range of sections throughout this busy and demanding kitchen to ensure the delivery of exceptional levels of food service which were often delivered within exacting time restraints. I actively mentored and developed commis chefs, oversaw stock and kitchen management.

I managed operational duties including staff rotas, maintenance of stock levels, resolving issues and complaints raised and oversaw the safety and comfort of patrons.

Managing the catering provision operations within a large corporate organisation, I oversaw the preparation of food, ordered and managed stock and directed and developed trainee chefs.

On leaving catering college, I developed my skills through a wide range of food preparation and delivery under the guidance of experienced chefs. I successfully carried out all tasks, rapidly moving on to higher responsibility roles.
