Franchise Business Manager for Kaspas, Doner & Gyros and Fat Twins

This role is within the head office central team and consists of the full development of a menu across an estate of 320+ Restaurants, Following a marketing brief I will then come up with menu ideas, source ingredients, create recipes, present to company directors and then roll out across the business. I also deal with all suppliers for the business, carry out supplier visits to ensure they meet company standards, create cook book specs for the menu, maintain and build menu recipes and ingredients within starchef system, create and maintain allergen matrix for the business, create all training videos and material, carry out site visits to ensure menu is being served to spec, carrying out any necessary training and dealing with questions and queries from catering managers across the business.

This role involves me being in charge of a Restaurant/Cafe. I am in charge of all ordering, stock control and rotation, staff rotas, staff training, cashing up, banking, ensuring Restaurant complies to all health and hygiene regulations, customer service and merchandising. I am also a support manager which involves me supporting other Restaurants in the area, company investigations and disciplinary , collating information for the area manager, running the area in the area managers absence, passing on information to other Restaurants, ensuring KPI's within my Restaurant are achieved and absence monitoring. I have helped train new managers and operations managers joining the company. I have also worked in an Investment Support Managers role in which I have been fully accountable for the close down, full refurbishment of the unit, full retraining of all staff members, the set-up of the refurbished site and ensuring the opening week goes smoothly, to date I have been involved with 15 site refurbishments.

This role involved me being in control of the whole of the Yorkshire areas 14 shops ranging from Keighley – Sheffield, Ensuring all KPI's across my area were achieved including labour, waste and customer satisfaction, making shop visits to ensure they are complying with company and legal regulations and standards, conducting company investigation and disciplinary, recruitment and development of management within my area, setting sales targets, maximising sales and profitability, providing my team with a stimulating and supportive environment and driving team performance. I also trained new managers, assistant managers and supervisors joining the company.
