I joined HWL Ebsworth Lawyers as a specialist Banking and Finance Lawyer, and Partner in the Banking and Finance Team in September 2014 and I am the State Practice Group Head of the South Australian Banking and Finance Team.I have extensive expertise advising on, negotiating and documenting general corporate, acquisition, construction and property-related finance facilities for both lenders and borrowers.I have experience acting on transactions involving syndicated, club and bilateral facility agreements, as well as real and personal property security, guarantees, security trusts and PPSA advice. I have experience in drafting and negotiation priority and subordination arrangements, ISDA documentation and reviewing a wide range of contracts for lenders as part lender legal due diligence. I have also acted as Australian counsel to issuers raising debt in the US private placement market.My practice involves a number of Australia's leading banks as well as non banking institutions and corporate clients such as ASX listed companies and large family owned enterprises. Having spent 3 years working at a top-tier U.S. corporate law firm, I also have considerable knowledge and experience working with international clients.I understand that the foundation to building a strong relationship is built on investing my time to help my clients achieve their objectives. I am always available to take queries, assist with preliminary structuring or present training sessions - I don't just switch on the clock.
