I am a corporate associate whose current matters are focused on mergers & acquisitions, capital markets, artificial intelligence and corporate governance. I received my Juris Doctorate at the University of Florida in May 2023 as well as receiving a Bachelors of Science in Finance at the University of Florida in May 2020.I served as the Chair of the Election Commission at Florida, Vice President of Social for the John Marshal Bar Association, and was an inductee into Florida Blue Key.I spent my 2022 summer as a summer associate at Winston & Strawn, focusing on mergers & acquisitions and capital markets transactions. In the summer of 2021, I was a judicial intern in the Northern District of Florida for the Honorable Judge Casey Rodgers.For two years (2021-2023) I served as a big for the Big Brothers Big Sisters program in Gainesville Florida. I assisted the Physical Education coach in creating a cohesive learning environment for the understaffed classrooms.
