I'm in charge of leading Posti's parcel processes in Finland. The main responsibility is to ensure that Posti's domestic and cross-border parcel processes are cost-efficient, fast, reliable and provides best quality to customers. Together with my team we continuously improve e2e supply chains and provide new innovated solutions for our customers. I represent Posti's production in Parcel Business Executive Board.

My job is to manage the entities of international operations of Posti Ltd's production unit. Posti Ltd's production unit is responsible for transport, handling and delivery of postal items throughout the supply chain in Finland. The production unit employs around 17,000 people.As a Head of International Operations, I represent Posti Ltd in international postal cooperation forums when it comes to operational matters relating to international process management and development, verification and monitoring of service levels, international agreements, production management and domestic production network control according to the international agreements.In addition, the job description includes supporting Posti Ltd's business units to prepare the tenders, facilitate customer implementations, develop key customer processes as well as monitoring service levels and manage business profitability. I'm also responsible for customs matters relating to postal issues and represent the production unit in the Posti Ltd's executive board of international matters.Key partners are all postal operators around the world and international organizations managing postal traffic such as Universal Postal Union, International Postal Corporation and PostEurop. In Finland, I co-operate with Customs, air carriers and other logistics operators.
