• configuring and supporting the WAN/LAN infrastructures for several accounts (complex changes to networks that impact customers nationally and internationally)
• providing of lifecycle management, quality assurance, customer communications, and technical/troubleshooting support
• work with networks devices such as routers, switches (L2 & L3), loadbalancers and firewalls
• work on problems of complex scope where analysis of situations or data requires in-depth evaluation covering all aspects of IP based networking.

* Installation and activation of the Cisco hardware on the new location. Testing and troubleshooting of the WAN connection between the client’s location and the hub location or PE router. Testing and troubleshooting of the LAN connection.* Implementation of the physical (hardware replacement, WAN circuit upgrade) or logical (network design change.
