I have been working in food service since I was able to work. Started in the front of the house, working my way up through hard work and gained knowledge. I had many great mentors that pushed me hard and never let me loose sight of what mattered. The customer. I worked my way up to a manager position and when the opportunity presented itself to move to the back of the house I accepted. Through the knowledge I received from family members, a passion for food and a readiness to achieve my goals I propelled myself through the ranks and became the chef I always wanted to be. Then I took on a chance to be a part owner of a failed pizzeria in Jersey. We turned a failing business into a success in just under a year. We started turning a profit very quickly through passion and customer service. I then left for new opportunities and to start a family which brought me to CulinArt group. I have been with the company for roughly 5 years in a manager roll and have learned a tremendous amount. I continue to want to grow and achieve in my roll and take on new rolls as a manager.
