In this period one of my responsibilities was a migration project at one of the ministries in the Netherlands. The project consists of the traditional phases of the Project Management cycle and is done based on the PMI principles. The overall lead is with one of the departments of goverment. As HP PM I am responsible for the HP deliverables.Most critical PM disciplines are Scope Management, Time Management, and Cost Management.The project is complex because of the different contractors (with different expectations), performance issue with the software, and type of organization.Go Live achieved in November 2015.Close down achieved in February 2016.

Responsibiliites: • Implementation of proven industrialized Change Management process to support Service Management in the US.• Evolve the US Change Management process and insure whole IS Eco-system accountabilities are clearly understood and all suppliers accept the process.• Get the UK to work with the Change Management process/procedures in the same way as in the US. • Get a mature and robust global process formalized. With all partners operating in the same way and on the same toolset, the processes for change and release can be evolved to ensure a fully robust solution is being effectively operated across the IS eco-system.
