After starting my career in the leisure industry, working through different jobs including Lifeguarding, Swim Coaching, and becoming the youngest Operations Manager for a swim school in the UK, I adapted into a role in the Army as a rifleman, post service I went on to work as a fundraiser, raising in excess of £10,000 in four months for clients such as Great Ormond Street and the NSPCC.I'm currently working for a RocSearch recruitment, with the long term goal of running my own brand, and taking my team, to the highest level.In my free time I compete in running and triathlons, and hope to do the London Marathon, an Iron Man and the Dragons Back in Wales in the coming yearsI'm very goal oriented and self motivated, often setting myself targets that are uncomfortably out of realistic scope, but help drive me in my professional journey.ad aspera ad astra
