I am a personality with strong analytic skills. As a result of working within aviation for many years, there is a continuous drive to deliver quality and manage compliance (within the boundaries of time and cost). The project and project deliverables are never an aim in itself. I do have a strong focus on process and data management/modelling, process and data ownership/governance, corporate performance management and their contribution to the business goals. I have been a SAP Senior Program and Project Manager for large (International) Customers, such as Fuji, Origin, Philips . Gassco, Defence (NL and NO). As business manager I have been responsible for projects at various large Netherlands customers like Eneco, Rabobank, Prorail and Vitens. I have worked many years as solution architect e.g. for the Ministries of Defence in Norway. I do have experience in almost all business areas and in depth experience in managing logistics (from cradle to cradle) and related finance and human resource business processes. I did run full HR projects and managed a HR Shared Service Centre. Various projects did contain insourcing and outsourcing of processes. 25 years project experience, including 8 full implementation cycles, re-implementations, multiple Blueprints, many rollouts, business consultancy roles, managing a service & delivery organization and business intelligence implementations.I have worked many years within the business, on behalf of the business (trusted advisor), as project manager for system integrators and independent external employee. Building a strong project organization, implement s sound governance and safeguarding stakeholder and process owners commitment are the basis for an successful implementation.I grew up in the burgundian Limburg in the Netherlands. I do have a positive attitude & lifestyle, enormous internal drive, enjoying sports (tennis) and holidays together with family and friends.
